Help & support
A smoother way to bring the stories together.
Practical answers for hosts, contributors, and anyone with a privacy or removal request.
How does a host create an event?
After purchase, sign in and choose Create a celebration from the host workspace. Enter the guest of honor’s details, date, tone, and any topics to avoid. The event dashboard then gives you a private contribution link.
How do I invite contributors?
Copy the private contribution link from the event dashboard and send it to the friends and family you want to hear from. There is no public directory of events, so only people you share the link with can reach it.
Do contributors need an account?
No. Contributors can open the private link and submit a story, message, or supported photo without creating an account.
What can I submit?
Choose any of the prompts that fit and skip the rest. You can share a memory, a note, a favorite phrase, a light roast, or a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo up to 8 MB. Please avoid sensitive or inappropriate material.
Who decides what is used?
The host reviews each contribution before it is included. AI-assisted tools can help organize approved material into celebration content, but the host has final control and can edit, remove, or regenerate items.
How does event-day hosting work?
The host signs in, opens the event, and uses the browser host mode at `/app/events/[eventId]/present`. It is designed for a laptop, tablet, or a browser connected to a TV or projector.
Where is the recap?
The host creates a private recap from `/app/events/[eventId]/recap` and can share its private link. The host can also revoke that recap link later.
How do I request removal or ask a privacy question?
Use the form below. Include the event name, private link if you have it, and enough detail to identify the story or photo. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Hosts can also delete an event from its dashboard.
