The Whole Moment

Terms of Use

The straightforward expectations for using a private celebration workspace. Last updated September 19, 2026.

The service

The Whole Moment provides tools for hosts to collect private celebration contributions and prepare event materials and recaps. The service is designed for personal celebrations, not public posting or emergency communications.

Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for creating events, sharing private links carefully, choosing who can participate, reviewing submissions, and deciding what appears at an event or in a recap. Hosts must have the necessary permissions to provide event information and invite others to contribute.

Contributor responsibilities

Contributors may use a private link without creating an account. By submitting, you confirm that you may share the material and allow the host to review it and use it within the private celebration or private recap. Please do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, highly sensitive, or inappropriate for the event.

Private links and access

Private links are not public directories, but they should still be treated carefully. Do not share a contribution or recap link beyond the intended celebration. We cannot guarantee that a recipient will not forward a link.

AI-assisted drafts and host review

AI-assisted features may help organize approved contributions and draft event content. They can make mistakes. The host reviews the material and is responsible for the final choice to present, edit, remove, or regenerate it.

Content removal

Hosts can delete an event and its associated materials from the event dashboard. Contributors and viewers may request removal through Help & support. We will assess requests using the information available and may need to verify the event or coordinate with the host.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy

Our handling of personal stories, photos, and event data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use private celebration content in public marketing without explicit permission.

Read the Privacy Policy or contact support.
